Once the injury has been reported to us and the worker confirms that they want to pursue their claim in terms of the Act, the claim will be assessed. If pursuit of the claim is viable, then the legal process will commence.

We can only consider claims where the actual or proposed COID settlement is a minimum of R80 000 or the injury results in a major pay scale reduction.

Abasebenzi abasendaweni yokusebenzela kumele bahlinzekwe ngezinsiza ezanele zokuthi benze imisebenzi yabo ngokuphepha kanye nangaphandle kokulimaza impilo yabo ngokusho koMthetho.


Ulwazi oluhlonza izingozi ezikhona kanye nezisendaweni ekusetshenzelwa kuyo kumele lwaziswe bonke abasebenzi.Lokhu kuhlanganisa ukucetshiswa nganoma yiziphi izingozi ezaziwayo ngaphambi kanye nangesikhathi benza umsebenzi wabo.Lolu lwazi luyatholakala efayeleni Lezempilo kanye Nokuphepha lwesakhiwo nokuyinto okumele yenziwe ngokuphathelene noMthetho.


UMthetho uqinisa ukuthi, uma abasebenzi abakhayo/abagcina isakhiwo sisesimweni belimala endaweni yokusebenzela Umnikazi, Umphathi Wesakhiwo kanye nabanye bangamangalelwa uma behlulekile ukuhambisa ngokoMthetho.Lokhu kusebenza kuzo zonke izakhiwo ngaphandle kwezindlu ezingezona izitezi ezingaqashiswayo.
